**NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALE PRODUCTS AND ORDERS**

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items to us. All returned order/items will have a 50% restocking free. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

All returns require a return label from Brown Sugar Babe returns/customer service team. To initiate a return, please contact help@BrownSugarBabe.com

Due to Return Fraud, once your return item(s) reaches our warehouse we will inspect the items for authenticity. Once verified, a refund of 50% of the order/item amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Returns that involve damage require clear images and or videos of the damaged goods for replacement. (After receipt of the return, we will inspect the product for usage).



No returns on International Orders

 Return Policy For Candles:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your candle purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused candles within 7 days of delivery.

Candle Returns:

  • -Only unused candles are eligible for return.
  • -Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • -Used candles are not eligible for return.

**Note:** Shipping costs are non-refundable.
